UNCAC Resolution regarding high value assets

On 6-10 November 2017, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime conducted the “Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention Against Corruption” (UNCAC). The first resolution adopted by the Conference – Strengthening mutual legal assistance for international cooperation and asset recovery – was put forth by Transparency International.
