Daniel Fielding

Director

Daniel is a commercial and public law expert who specialises in public law, human rights, and employment. He regularly advises both public and private sector clients on issues relating to organisational integrity, including modern slavery and bribery and corruption risks. In addition, Daniel has extensive experience in public sector governance and Crown entity oversight. He has advised on major policy reform and infrastructure matters and brings a strong understanding of public sector accountability and the legal frameworks that govern policy reform and public infrastructure projects.

Daniel holds a Master of Laws from the National University of Singapore in international dispute resolution. While living overseas, Daniel advised on international arbitrations (both commercial and investment treaty), and trade disputes.

Daniel is an alumnus of the US State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Programme on efforts to combat transnational crime in the Indo-Pacific.
