
Sarah is a Director of Globaltraid based in New Zealand. She specializes in public procurement, digital transformation, reform, policy, regulation, infrastructure and PPPs. She support governments and other clients such as ADB, World Bank, NZ Treasury, WTO and UNICEF.
From 2012-8, as Chief Commercial Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, she managed procurement and grants for the Ministry and the New Zealand Aid Programme. Previously, at ADB, she built capacity in procurement and project management capacity for governments, ADB staff and suppliers. She designed ADB’s Procurement Accreditation Skills Scheme and, more recently, its Technology Innovation Challenge process. From 2004-7, Sarah was Director of eCommerce and Shared Services at the UK Central Procurement Agency, leading a change program to implement eProcurement.
Sarah is a Fellow of CIPS, has a Masters in International Trade Law and an MBA in Financial Services. She is a Gateway Reviewer and a certified MAPS assessor.
