TINZ 2025 Annual General Meeting

On 12 November, TINZ held its 2024-2025 Annual General Meeting at the Wellington Club, in Wellington.

Ahead of the Annual Meeting, TINZ members and guests gathered for a panel discussion examining Aotearoa’s current legislative and system safeguards against growing corruption and integrity risks. A recording of the discussion is available on YouTube and a recap can be found on our website see Corruption landscape: Can legislative and system safeguards address current and emerging threats in New Zealand-Aotearoa.

The 2024-2025 Transparency International New Zealand (TINZ) Annual Report was provided to members at the Annual General Meeting on the 12th of November, and members adopted the new Constitution which brings TINZ’s governing rules into alignment with the Incorporated Societies Act changes, and also reflects some of the changes in TINZ governance and membership over time.
